如今，“辦公室”正從朝九晚五的刻板框架，蛻變為承載協作靈感、凝聚社群文化的精神場域。上海Meet·華大科技園辦公改造項目，以中庭為樞紐串聯流動敘事，借屋頂花園自然延伸，讓空間不再是靜止的容器，而是如生命般呼吸生長的媒介，重新定義了人與空間、自然與工作的共生關係。
Today, the “office” is evolving from a rigid 9-to-5 framework into a spiritual hub that fosters collaborative inspiration and builds community culture. The Meet·Huada Science Park office renovation project in Shanghai uses the atrium as a hub to weave a fluid narrative, and extends naturally via the rooftop garden. No longer a static container, the space becomes a living, breathing medium—redefining the symbiotic relationship between people and space, nature and work.

Project Background
Meet・華大科技園項目位於華大科技園 E1棟 3-6樓，三層總建麵約7050㎡。周邊辦公、生活、醫療、出行等配套完備，便捷適配多元需求。自2012年錨定產業研發需求，到2017年轉型社區級商業中心，已曆經兩次功能迭代。麵對新一輪的城市更新行動，它亟需與時俱進，以全新的狀態回應現實需要。
Nestled on the 3rd to 6th floors of Building E1 at BGI Science Park, the Meet Space · BGI Science Park project boasts a comprehensive array of supporting facilities—encompassing office services, daily amenities, healthcare, and transportation—effortlessly catering to a diverse spectrum of needs. From its inception in 2012, when it was purpose-built to serve industrial R&D demands, to its transformation into a community-level commercial hub in 2017, the space has undergone two significant functional evolutions. Now, amid a new wave of urban renewal, it stands in urgent need of keeping pace with the times, ready to embrace a brand-new identity and respond to the practical demands of the present.

Industrial Heritage Blended with Greenery, Mixed Textures Craft a Dynamic Venue
精準對焦初創微型、小型、中型公司客群，創新提出“創想工坊”理念。延續項目工業基底，用網格係統鋪就空間骨架，以金屬元素引領視覺動態流線，將接待等候、路演沙龍、會議洽談、休閑水吧等公共空間串聯成網，層疊的綠植牆讓原本區隔的大小辦公室打破孤立，形成開放互通的協作生態，為冷調空間暈開自然暖意。
Tailored for startups and small to medium-sized enterprises, we introduce the innovative “Idea Lab” concept. Building on the project’s industrial base, a grid system forms the spatial framework, with metal elements guiding visual flow. Public areas—reception, roadshow lounges, meeting rooms, and a casual bar—are connected into a seamless network. Layered green walls break down the isolation of individual offices, fostering an open, collaborative ecosystem and infusing the cool-toned space with natural warmth.
