一層除了書房和臥室區域其餘均為開放式布局，增加空間通透性的同時加強公共空間中各功能區之間的互動性。“柱”的形態在此刻既是結構，又是空間中的邊界。通過精妙的布局和家具的擺放，達到“虛隔”的效果，使每個區域在開放的同時依然保持私密性。
