小巧精致的葡式日常

BomBao是一個有五年創業經驗的烘焙師新創立的烘焙品牌,本次攜手碳水社區咖啡共建開放融合的餐飲空間。兩位主理人都在葡萄牙工作生活多年，期望通過這間店鋪將葡萄牙街角的氛圍融入進本地的社區生活，分享給客人來自於葡萄牙的獨特味道。

BomBao is a newly established bakery brand founded by a baker with five years of entrepreneurial experience. This collaboration with Carbon Coffee aims to create an open and inclusive dining space. Both founders have worked and lived in Portugal for many years, and they hope to incorporate the ambiance of Portuguese street corners into the local community life through this establishment. They aim to share the unique flavors from Portugal with their customers.

1. 項目概況 Project overview

項目位於南京老城區核心商圈內，偏安在一條小巷之中，因而得以鬧中取靜，恰當地融入在社區之中。物業是獨棟居民樓的一樓，建築本體屬於有一定年頭的磚混結構，這給動線設計帶來了不少麻煩，所以如何在較少拆改的現有條件下做出靈動且有故事感的設計成了本項目的重點。

The project is located in the core commercial area of the old city district in Nanjing. It is tucked away in a small alley, allowing it to be both lively and peaceful, and fitting in well with the local community. The property is on the ground floor of a standalone residential building, which has a brick and concrete structure that has been around for some time. This has presented challenges in terms of designing the flow of the space. Therefore, the key focus of this project is to create a dynamic and storytelling design within the existing conditions, with minimal demolition and renovation.

2. 地中海洋流帶來溫暖的風 The Mediterranean current brings warm winds

老建築悠長的主通道仿佛直布羅陀海峽一般串聯起全部的功能區域，來往的人流在這裏交彙，咖啡與麵包的香氣在這裏融合，但繁忙的交通要道因為大麵積的鏡子和手繪而變得通透活潑起來，弧形的拱頂也合理地將管線與建築結構恰當地隱藏起來並維持了較好的層高。

The long main corridor of the old building resembles the Strait of Gibraltar, connecting all functional areas. People come and go, converging here, where the fragrances of coffee and bread blend together. The busy traffic artery becomes transparent and lively due to the extensive use of mirrors and hand-painted elements. The curved arches cleverly conceal the pipelines and maintain good ceiling height.

設計師巧妙布置了麵包櫃台的形態，使得麵包區動線極為順暢地與主通道銜接，並保留了充足的陳列和選購區域，烘焙間也適當地將門內退，主動為客人“禮讓“。

The designer cleverly arranged the form of the bread counter, seamlessly connecting the flow of the bakery area with the main corridor, while preserving ample display and shopping areas. The baking area is also appropriately set back, allowing guests to have easy access and creating a sense of “courtesy” towards them.

藏在最深處的咖啡區域別有洞天，飽滿的陽光可以輕易穿過玻璃頂棚與格柵的縫隙進來光顧。因此布置圍合式吧台與座位再合適不過了，極力地將空間打開，讓光線與客人與咖啡師可以自在地形成交互。

Hidden in the depths, the coffee area reveals a different world. Abundant sunlight effortlessly filters through the cracks in the glass ceiling and lattice, casting its glow on the surroundings. Therefore, the arrangement of an enclosed bar counter and seating is most suitable, as it opens up the space, allowing light, guests, and baristas to interact freely.

灑下的自然天光，麵對麵布置的座位，營造出一種置身葡萄牙街頭小廣場一般的舒適氛圍，引導客人自然地駐足，落座，享受一個愜意的下午。

The natural daylight streaming in, the seating arranged face-to-face, creates a comfortable atmosphere reminiscent of a quaint square in the streets of Portugal. It naturally invites guests to pause, take a seat, and enjoy a leisurely afternoon.

3. 裏斯本的煙火味道 The essence of life in Lisbon

設計充分契合品牌與業主的個人氣質，主要材料選用葡式青花磚，手工磚，老船木，仿石材肌理漆，配色則是傳統的青花色碰撞熱烈的暖色，葡萄牙的熱情和生活的氣息呈現在眼前。

The design fully embodies the personal style of the brand and the owner, with the main materials being Portuguese-style blue tiles, handmade bricks, reclaimed ship wood, faux stone texture paint. The color palette combines traditional blue hues with vibrant warm colors, showcasing the passion and vibrant atmosphere of Portugal.

合理利用空間，布置了充足的陳列區，並適當的留白，用來安置業主關於葡萄牙曾經的記憶，這些陳設也將客人的思緒一同帶入到異域他鄉。

The space is utilized efficiently, with ample display areas and appropriate empty spaces, which are used to showcase the owner’s memories of Portugal. These arrangements also transport guests’ thoughts to a foreign land, immersing them in the exotic ambiance.
