The design for Gather, a co-working space in Richmond, Virginia, focused on three major programmatic elements. Natural Light, focus work, and gathering space. The thoughtfully curated destination provides a social experience. People are adapting to flexible work hours, and expecting a wide spectrum of amenities.

The space responds to many work styles including private offices, dedicated desks, casual lounge areas, and fully equipped meeting rooms. The private offices are arranged into neighborhoods, providing the members with an opportunity to identify.
