男主人是一個自由工作者，在家時間較長，酷愛收藏與書籍，帶著一家三口，在成都尋了風景較好的房子，希望自然風光與空間愜意擁抱，從而讓家人擁有閑適寧靜的生活。

The owner is a big fan of collecting and books, and work from home, so he seek this house with magnificent views. It could meet the requirements from family members to enjoy natural scenery and a comfortable space.

原始結構 / original structure

1.原戶型為4室2廳3衛，與甲方需求不匹配，需對原臥室數量及位置重新規劃，衛生間也多了一間。

2.廚房局促使用不夠舒適，且距餐廳較遠便利度不高。

3.客廳餐廳樓梯三者關係比較局促，且客廳到樓梯區，客廳到陽台區均有大梁離地麵約3米，使公區不夠大氣。

4.主臥、衣帽間及主衛位置的合理需重新做規劃。

5.房子東西兩側環境都較好，公區沒做充分利用且空氣流通不夠好。

5.The environment on both sides of the house is good, but the public area is not fully utilized and the air circulation is not good enough.

客廳戶外沒有建築遮擋，有大片高爾夫區及公園區環境較好，且房子位於高樓層，陽台處有大麵積落地玻璃窗視野極好，但客廳有大梁遮擋視野。

布局 / Layout

1.取消廚房旁衛生間，更改為廚房與吧台區，擴大廚房麵積使洗切抄更為便利，吧台可解決甲方日常餐飲問題，同時廚房的光線及外部景觀更為舒適。

2.根據甲方需求調整為2+1+1（2臥室+1多功能房+1書房）。擴大公區麵積讓客餐廳舒適度更高，空氣流通及視野更好，餐廳同時也是日常家人輕辦公看書娛樂空間。多功能房滿足客人偶爾睡覺及平時小主人玩具娛樂，獨立書房是男主人的收藏、娛樂、電影的小基地。

3.躍層空間定義為衣帽間、三分離的衛生間、睡覺區和梳妝台區且保留了良好的光線及通風。

餐廳 / dining room

實木餐桌配合大麵積書架、壁爐及木百葉窗簾圍合的安靜質感空間，更多的做為日常閱讀、聊天、筆記本辦公等休閑活動場所。也給空間帶來了一份沉澱和安穩。

飄窗台麵用微水泥處理讓視覺上更加幹淨自然，也可作為坐凳半坐半躺此處，看書看景也是很是愜意，聚餐時也可作為餐椅使用。

多功能房 / Multifunction room

藝術玻璃推拉門，壁爐與吊櫃組合的隔斷，及旁邊的大玻璃隔斷三者形成的半開放式多功能房。日常作為席地而坐看書聊天、陪小朋友玩耍及堆放玩具的空間，來客後關上玻璃推拉門，拉下布簾，拿出放到櫃子裏的床墊，即變成了一個私密的臥室空間。

中間操作台既可以是做飯輔助台麵，也可以是日常吃飯的餐桌及小飲兩杯的吧台。
