未在餐廳,座落在長沙湘江金融新區,偏居一隅。四圍被現代化的摩登玻璃建築與快速的車流所包裹。現代都市人一日繁忙工作後,更期待的是尋找一處心安舒適的所在,去收納整理各自的一天人生境遇。 

Weizai Restaurant, located in the newfinancial district of Changsha Xiangjiang, is far away from the hustle andbustle of the downtown area. It is surrounded by modern glass buildings and busytraffic. After a busy day of work, modern city residents yearn for a placewhere they can find peace of mind and comfort to organize their day.

這是一家以日本懷石炭火燒為主的餐廳,我們希望在這個場所注入東方含蓄隱秘的文化特質——“大隱隱於市”,並以空間的節製安靜區隔周邊的喧囂繁華,釋放內心的壓力。

This is a Japanese kaisekiryouricharcoal barbecue restaurant. We hope to infuse this venue with the subtle andsecretive cultural traits of the East – “finding a peace in the hustle andbustle of the city” – and to release the inner pressure by using thequietness of the space to separate the hustle and bustle of the surroundings.

 

竹 鬆 石    

Bamboo, Pine, and Stone    

 

入口處,設計重新改造了餐廳前場的有限的小坡地,並配以黑鬆、竹子、黑山石共造室外景觀,形成過渡小庭院,通過相互之間的露與藏,明與暗,光與影,動與靜,將場景的直白與含蓄進行關聯比對,從而實現餐廳外圍從喧囂到幽、隱、靜的轉場。

At the entrance, the design reshapesthe limited small slope in the front of the restaurant and creates an outdoor landscapewith black pine, bamboo, and black mountain stones to form a small transitionalcourtyard. Through the mutual display and concealment, brightness and darkness,light and shadow, movement and stillness, the straightforwardness and subtletyof the scene are related and contrasted, thus realizing the transition from thehustle and bustle to the peaceful, seclusion, and quietness of the restaurant’speriphery.

親和 尺度    

Affinity, Scale    

 

當人來到或經過庭院時,地麵和景牆做了水洗石處理,這種懷舊的肌理會帶給人輕鬆舒適。傾斜低壓的屋簷,形成入口處的扁口過渡性空間,拉低的尺度增加了場域的親和性,人們可以在這裏停留、做短暫的交流,在觸手可及的屋簷下,一棵黑鬆傍石而立,樹下苔蘚蔓繞,礫石滿鋪。庭院雖小而美,卻有著鮮明的自然四季的變化,和近在咫尺的流光溢彩車水馬龍都市生活形成強烈對比。

The floor and scenic walls are treatedwith washed stone, a nostalgic texture that brings relaxation and comfort whenpeople come to or pass through the courtyard. The sloping downward eaves form atransitional space with a flat entrance, and the lowered scale increases theaffinity of the field. People can stop by and have a short conversation here.Under the eaves, which can be touched easily, a black pine tree stands near thestone, with moss and gravel underneath. Though small and beautiful, thecourtyard has a distinctive natural change of seasons, which contrasts with thecity life in the nearby bustling traffic.

火熾 器質    

Fire, Instrumental    

 

進入大廳,玄關的紙質質感的藝術玻璃映襯地麵的火爐裝置,湧動著光與熱的明暗交替,木質肌理的台麵與吧台,提升了近距離接觸的溫度與舒適感;而地麵與天花的曲度、盆景容器的材質則透出陰與涼,內收與謙恭。兩者將東方美感特有的一體兩麵,陰陽相生融合在一起。——正如懷石炭火燒的料理藝術,食材在火炙下透出的光澤,在深色陶瓷器皿裏融入的溫和。

恭謙 內隱    

Modesty, Implicit    

 

通往包廂的通道空間本狹長逼仄,設計通過兩個維度的曲線,在解決通過體驗單調的同時,表達出含蓄恭謙的迎客姿態;隨空間不斷拉伸的曲線,形體的搭接猶如手作食材雙手捏合,映射出專注、重複、堅持的匠人精神,對美食敬畏的神思之境,走道的盡頭是包房的藝術玻璃隔斷,金黃色的日光透過玻璃淌入幽暗的室內,光感的朦朧靜溢似乎有著某種神性的存在,喚起人在當下一刻的感受和沉思。

The passage space leading to theprivate room is narrow and cramped. The design expresses a subtle and modestgesture of welcoming guests through the curves of two dimensions while solvingthe monotony of the passing experience. The curves that stretch with the spaceand the shapes that join together are like hand-made ingredients put togetherwith both hands, highlighting the artisan spirit of concentration, repetition,and persistence, and the realm of divine thought of food reverence. At the endof the corridor is the art glass partition of the private room. The goldendaylight flows through the glass into the dark interior. The hazy and quietoverflow of light seems to have some kind of divine presence, evoking people’sfeelings and contemplation in the present moment.

白色 淨手    

White, Clean hands    

 

根據東方人對器物特有的理解,設計將洗手台盆與基座處理成渾然一體的白色藝術裝置。溫潤瑩潔如玉石般的台麵表層,手工雕鑿般的側麵肌理,形成精致與粗獷的對比。基於不同迎光麵,呈現出透亮的表皮與深沉的投影,呈現出極富冥想意味的器質之美。天花倒影著倏閃流動的水波光影,伴隨著水聲如同聽禪,烘托出清淺氤氳的場所氣息。飯前洗手作為就餐前的必備儀式,讓用餐的體驗流程多了一份期待與用心。

Based on the unique orientalunderstanding of objects, the design integrates the washbasin and the base intoa white art installation. The warm and lustrous jade-like surface of thecountertop and the hand-carved side texture form a contrast between refinementand ruggedness. Based on different light-facing surfaces, it presents a translucentskin and a deep projection, presenting a meditative beauty. The ceilingreflects the light and shadow of the flashing water waves, accompanied by thesound of water as if listening to Zen, creating a light and dense atmosphere ofthe place. Washing hands before meals as a necessary ritual before dining addsa sense of anticipation and intention to the dining experience process.

隱秀 吐納    

Hidden beauty, exhalation    

 

經過通道前往包廂,牆麵的弧形壁龕與落地盆景形成一立一平的兩段弧形,通過光感勾勒輪廓,抹亮如漆器般深沉樸素的存在,靜適而嫻雅。而當日光不斷變換投射角度,礫石與盆栽則將光線含吮其間,落在牆麵上吐納出濃淡變化之美,惹人思忖。——當我們以自然之手,從一無所有中創造出物與自然的關係時,這種美則有了生命。

Passing through the corridor to theprivate room, the curved niche on the wall and the floor-to-ceiling bonsai formtwo curved sections, one standing and one flat. The silhouette is outlined bythe light, brightening the deep and simple presence like lacquerware, sereneand elegant. While the daylight keeps changing the angle of projection, thegravel and the bonsai absorb the light into them and fall on the wall to revealthe beauty of the change of intensity, which makes people ponder.——When wecreate the relationship between things and nature out of nothing by the hand ofnature, this beauty comes to life.

進入包廂內,雙曲麵穹頂的神秘與高度,營造出就餐的儀式感;曲麵繼續延續到克製的落地窗,適度內隱退讓了室內與外界物景的關係,以更適合人們安靜的接納自我的心性,並專注於美食的體驗。

Inside the private room, the mysteryand height of the double curved dome creates a sense of dining ritual. Thecurved surface continues to the restrained floor-to-ceiling windows, moderatelyreceding into the relationship between the interior and the outside objects, inorder to be more suitable for people to serenely accept their own mind andfocus on the experience of food.
